Freight & Large Shipments
FOB Wilmington, DE, USA.
Standard shipping fees listed above apply to shipments with a total shipment weight below 1 kg. For shipments above 1 kg, shipping and handling charges will be calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on destination, package size, weight, carrier requirements, and applicable regulations.
Tax and Fees
- Customer is responsible for covering any applicable sales tax, duty, customs, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities on the transaction.
- In the event that Seller is required to cover such charges, the Customer must promptly reimburse the Seller or provide an accepted exemption certificate at the time of order submission.
Insurance & Claims
Shipping insurance is available upon request and will be charged to the Customer.
Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Seller will assist with carrier claims upon request.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
For temperature-sensitive products, the Customer is responsible for ensuring timely receipt and proper storage upon delivery. Seller is not responsible for product integrity if delivery is delayed or if the shipment is not promptly received.
